Nou Ean Leng aka Kul, 39, of Dei Doh village, Prek Prasap sub-district, Kratie province, was a teacher of Kanh Chor primary school, Chhlong district. Srieng Chheang educated Kul to hate the communist and integrated into CIA. He then was introduced to know of network: Taing Hong Lim, Bun Phan, Phin Sarin, Taing Kim Leng, Che Kosal and others, to enable him to conduct activities. Kul and his network contacted and started activities. On 17 April 1977, Kul led the CIA forces, convened a meeting and assigned each with plots to be implemented and explained the task to establish referral bases. In January 1978, Men called upon Kul to have a meeting at Kratie district office and get others to report on their previous works. After Yy being captured by Angkar, Kul directed over 10 militiamen to flee to Krava village and to Prey Norkor. At Korky, he met with Eang at Prey Koh Dach and Yean at Chang Krang village. Over there, Kul did not meet with Yean and later returned to Krava. For a night and day, he entered office of Konap sub-district office and was arrested by Angkar on 31 March 1978. There were a number of traitors implicated in the confession of Kul.
នូ អ៊ានឡេង ហៅ គល់ អាយុ ៣៩ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិដីដុះ ឃុំព្រែកប្រសប់ ខេត្ដក្រចេះ ជាគ្រូបង្រៀននៅសាលា បឋមសិក្សា កញ្ជរស្រុកឆ្លូង ។ ស្រៀងឈាងបានអប់រំ គល់ឱ្យស្អប់កុម្មុយនីស្ដ ហើយបញ្ចូលជាសេអ៊ីអា ហើយបានឧទេសនាមឱ្យគល់ស្គាល់ខ្សែ សំរាប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពមាន តាំង ហុងលឹម, ប៊ុន ផន, ភិន សារិន, តាំងគឹមឡេង, ចែ កុសល់ និង អ្នកផេ្សងៗទៀត ។ គល់ និងបក្ស ពួកបានទាក់ទងគ្នាធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ។ ដល់១៧-៤-១៩៧៧ គល់បានដឹកនាំកំលាំងខ្សែសង្វាក់ សេអ៊ីអា ប្រជុំដោយបានយក ផែនការមកដាក់ឱ្យម្នាក់ៗ អនុវត្ដន៍និងអប់រំពន្យល់ពីភារៈកិច្ច កសាងមូលដ្ឋានបង្អែក ។ ១៩៧៨ ខែ១ ម៉ែនបានហៅ គល់ ទៅប្រជុំនៅមន្ទីស្រុកក្រចេះ ហើយបានឱ្យម្នាក់ៗរាយការពីការងារ ដែលបានអនុវត្ដកន្លងមក។ ក្រោយមកអង្គការចាប់ឈ្មោះ យី គល់បាននាំឈ្លបជាង ១០អ្នករត់ទៅភូមិក្រវ៉ា ហើយចេញពីក្រវ៉ា ទៅព្រៃនគរ ចេញពីគគីរ មកជួបអ៊ាងនៅព្រៃកោះដាច់ ហើយបាន ទៅជួប យាន នៅភូមិចង្ក្រង់ ពេលនោះ គល់មិនបានជួប យាន ទេ ទើបវិលមកក្រវ៉ាវិញបាន ១យប់ ១ថ្ងៃ ក៏ចូលមកបន្ទីរឃុំគោណប់ ដល់ថ្ងៃ៣១-៣-១៩៧៨ អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនទៅ ។ មានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះ បក្សពួកក្បត់ជាច្រើនអ្នកក្នុងចំលើយរបស់គល់។
