Hanoi VNA October 24, Hun Sen, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the People's Republic of Kampuchea, has agreed to meet with Prince Norodom Sihanouk, head of the opposition Khmer side, in December 1987 in Paris in order to find a solution to the Kampuchean issue stalemated for nearly nine years now.
