Summary / Abstract :

The fear of a Khmer Rouge return had also led to increased public pressure on the US Government. A group of 2000 Khmer survivors had written a letter to Reagan and leader in Asean countries, China, Japan and Europe, seeking action to prohibit the return of the Khmer Rouge.
