Summary / Abstract :

Mr. Dith Pran's suggestion and persuasion to the chairman of the senate committee on foreign relations. He told about the civil war in Cambodia fighting each other, which are all Cambodians. He wanted the United State to put pressure on the Cambodians to come to table again and not trying to bring the Khmer Rouge back to the future coalition government by taking example of the high Nazi leaders who had been put on trail for their crimes against humanity.
