Summary / Abstract :

Mr. Sichantha kassie Neou sent his statement to Mr. chairman talked about his concerns in three points. First, he wanted the commission to continue to recognize, recall, emphasize and deplore the illegal foreign-armed force and insists on the removals of all foreign forces. Second, he wanted the commission to express its serious concern on the grave contemporary human rights violations against Kampucheans by the foreign occupation forces and by Kampucheans political authorities on both sides. Third, he wanted the commission to emphasize that those Kampuchean officials responsible for genocideand other massive violations against the Kampuchean people shall not be enabled to return to positions of state power following the withdrawal of foreign forces.
