Woman Sokh Khom, working at hospital P-98, confessed that woman Sy En, group deputy chief of hospital P-98, was a traitorous network of woman Meng, working in platoon, and Chann Tha, group chief. Under the indoctrination of Meng and Chann Tha, Sy En had sexual misconduct with soldier, Ret.
