The speech of congratulation of 17th birthday of the Kampuchea Communism focused on three important points: 1)the Kampuchea people movement since slavery until 1960, 2)the national democratic revolution under the Kampuchea Communists' leadership from 1960 to 1975, and 3)the new period of Kampuchea revolution continuing in socialism, building socialism and defensing DK.
សន្ទរកថាអបអរសាទរខួបឆ្នាំទី ១៧ នៃបក្សកុម្មុនីស្ដកម្ពុជា។ សន្ទរកថានេះមានបីចំណុចសំខាន់ៗដូចជា ចលនាតស៊ូរបស់ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មុនកំណើតបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា ពីយុគសម័យ ទេសភាព មកដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦០ ចំណុចទីពីរនិយាយពីចលនាបដិវត្ដ ប្រជាជាតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ក្រោមការដឺកនាំរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ ១៩៦០ ដល់ ១៩៧៥។ ចំណុចទី ៣ និយាយពីរយៈ កាលថ្មីនៃបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជា បន្ដធ្វើបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយម និងការកសាង សង្គមនិយម ហើយនិងការពារប្រទេសកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
