Mom Savoeun aka Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, and Pol Choeun, political company of division 290, confessed that Hong Vann, chief of fifty-members unit, division 290, was introduced by Choeun to betray the revolution. Hong Vann attended the traitorous meeting with Phary. The purpose of the meeting was that to introduced to know other traitorous network.
មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុន្នី អនុប្រធានអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ និង ប៉ុល ជឿន នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំកពល ២៩០ បានសារភាពថា ហុង វ៉ាន់ ប្រធានកងហា កងពល ២៩០ ត្រូវបានខ្លួន «ជឿន»ជាអ្នកអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ ហុង វ៉ាន់ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំក្បត់ជាមួយ ផារី ខ្លឹមសាគឺ ឧទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យស្គាល់ខ្សែក្បត់។
