Mei Than and Thay Sovann Tha confessed that Sarak Khann, male, had a certificate of high technical of electricity current. Before April 17, 1975, Khann was a group chief of Wat Phnom power plant. Currently, he worked at Phsar Tauch electricity community, and he was an electrician. He joined a candidate member of CIA in the early 1974 through Leav Sut, Sophoan Tha and Thai Sovann Tha. Khann took responsible for cutting off electricity current.
មុីថន និង ថាយ សូវ៉ាន់ថា បានសារភាពថា សារ៉ាក់ខាន់ ភេទប្រុស មានសញ្ញាប័ត្របចេ្ចកទេសជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកចរន្ដ។ មុន១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ជានាយភាគទទួលខុសត្រូវក្រសួងឧស្សា ហកម្មរបស់អគ្គីសនីវត្ដភ្នំ បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅមន្ទីរសហគមអគ្គីសនីផ្សាតូច និងជាកម្មករផ្នែកបណ្ដាញអគ្គីសនី បានចូលជាសមាជិកបំរុងសេអ៊ីអា នៅដើមឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ ដែលមានអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាមឈ្មោះ លាវ ស៊ុត សោភ័ណថា និងអ្នកនាំចូល ថៃ សុវណ្ណថា ហើយមានភារកិច្ចជាអ្នក ចាំផ្ដាច់ចរន្ដ។
