Comrade Krin's letter reported to Angkar on the failure of transfering his name with comrade Sok's because Hong Kong government did not accept [the]signature and seal of our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A case of comrade Nat should transfer the name to any comrade.
លិខិតរបស់សមមិត្ដ គ្រិន បានរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការស្ដីពីការប្ដូរ ឈ្មោះរវាងខ្លួននិងសមមិត្ដ សុខ មិនអាចធ្វើទៅបានទេ ព្រោះរដ្ឋការ ហុងកុងមិនទទួលស្គាល់ហត្ថលេខានិងត្រារបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសយើងទេ។ ចំពោះសមមិត្ដ ណាត គួរធ្វើការផេ្ទរឈ្មោះឱ្យសមមិត្ដណាម្នាក់ ក៍បាន។
