The letter to brother Hem was about meeting between Kampuchea, Comrades Rit and Kong, and Korea, Comrades Secretary 2 and 3. In this meeting, Korea requested Kampuchea to buy the electricity materials in Kirirom from Korea.
លិខិតជូនចំពោះបងហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបពិភាគ្សារវាងកម្ពុជាមាន សមមិត្ដរិត និងគង់ ខាងកូរ៉េមានសមមិត្ដលេខាទី២ និង ទី ៣។ ការជួបពិភាក្សានេះខាងកូរ៉េស្នើដល់កម្ពុជាទិញ នូវសម្ភារៈសំរាប់ អគ្គិសនីគីរីរម្យពីខាងកូរ៉េ។
