Trade Commission informed comrade Krin and comrade Nat about letter of name and share transfering of both comrades. If the transfering of name and share were too complicated, just left it for a while because the key point was to empower comrade Krin to legally control the company based on Hong Kong law.
គណៈកម្មាធិការពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានជំរាបមកសមមិត្ដ គ្រិន និងសមមិត្ដ ណាត អំពីសំបុត្ររាយការណ៍ផេ្ទរឈ្មោះនិងផេ្ទរភាគហ៊ុនរបស់ សមមិត្ដទាំងពីរ។ បើការកាត់ឈ្មោះលក់ភាគហ៊ុនពីមួយទៅមួយទៀត មានការស្មុគ្រស្មាញធ្វើមិនបាន ទុកសិនចុះបញ្ហាគន្លឹះធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យតែសមមិត្ដ គ្រិន មានអំណាចគ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមហ៊ុនបានតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ រដ្ឋការហុងកុងក៍ល្អដែរ។
