Note on discussion between representative of Ministry of commerce of Democratic Kmapuchea and Sudostin Factory's controlling team of Republic of China at Ministry of commerce on April 12, 1978. Discussion was on floating port construction salt production, and other industrial Domain Cambodian participants were comrade Orn, Chhum, Siv, Di, representative of industry, comrade Ret, Si, and Chheng, Representative of commerce. As for Chinese, there were comrade Hong ambassador consultant and controlling team of Sudostin factory, 10 people.
កំណត់ហេតុនៃការពិភាក្សារវាងក្រុមតំណាងក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម នៃកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងក្រុមពិនិត្យរោងចក្រ ស៊ូដដូស្ទីន នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា ១៩៧៨។ ការពីភាក្សាទៅលើការស្ថាបនាផែបណ្ដែត ផលិតអំបិល និងទៅលើវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មផេ្សងៗទៀត។ អ្នក ចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះមានខាងកម្ពុជា ស.ម អន, ឈុំ, ស៊ីវ, ឌី «តំណាងឧស្សាហកម្ម»ស.ម រិត, សី និងឆេង «តំណាងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម»ខាងមិត្ដចិនមាន ស.ម នារីហុង ទីប្រឹក្សាអមស្ថានទូត និងក្រុមពិនិត្យ រោងចក្រស៊ូដកូស្ទីន ១០នាក់។
