Note on discussion between Republic of China controlling Railway's team and Representative of Ministry of communication of Democratic Kampuchea on March 06, 1978. In this discussion, Cambodian participants were comrade Prang, Sang, Ren, Ret, and Chheng, Representative of Ministry of commerce. As for Chinese, there were comrade Ma, Li and Lai «Ambassidor's consultant» and railway controlling teams 10 people.
កំណត់ហេតុនៃការពិភាក្សារវាងក្រុមពិនិត្យខាងផ្លូវដែកនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងក្រុមតំណាងក្រសួងគមនាគមន៍ នៃកម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកាលពីថ្ងៃទី ០៦-០៣-១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះអ្នកចូលរួមខាងកម្ពុជាមាន ស.ម ប្រាង, សាំង, រិន, រិត និងឆេង «តំណាងក្រសួងគមនាគមន៍ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម»។ ខាងមិត្ដចិនមាន ស.ម ម៉ា, លី និងឡាយ «ទីប្រឹក្សាអមស្ថានទូត»និងក្រុមពិនិត្យខាងផ្លូវដែក ១០នាក់។
