Note on discussion between republic China controlling railway's team and Democratic Kampuchea Ministry of communication's representative on February 13, 1978 at Ministry of commerce. To Cambodia side, there were comrade, Prang and Ren, train specialists, and comrade, Ret and Chheng, commerce staff. To China side there were team leader, vice team leader (1) subodinate, and translator. Discussion was about exchanging idea on railway constructing technique.
កំណត់ហេតុនៃការពិភាក្សារវាងក្រុមពិនិត្យខាងផ្លូវដែក នៃសាធារណ-រដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងក្រុមតំណាងក្រសួងគមនាគមន៍ នៃកម្ពុជាប្រជា ធិបតេយ្យនៅថ្ងៃទី ១៣-០២-១៩៧៨ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ កម្ពុជាមានខាងរទេះភ្លើង ស.ម ប្រាង និងរិន ខាងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស.ម រិត និងឆេង។ ខាងប្រទេសចិនមានប្រធានក្រុម អនុប្រធានក្រុម សមាជិក ១នាក់ និងអ្នកបកប្រែ។ ការពិភាក្សាគ្នានេះជជែកប្ដូរ យោបល់គ្នាពីបចេ្ចកទេសកសាងផ្លូវដែក។
