Note on discussion about railway between representative of ministry of communication of Democratic of Cambodia and architectural and new train estimation technical team of Republic of China on September 08, 1978. In this discussion Cambodia participants were comrade Prang, Bot and Kun. As for Chinese, there were new train technical team, 6 people.
កំណត់ហេតុនៃការពិភាក្សាលើផ្លូវដែក រវាងតំណាងក្រសួងគមនាគមន៍ នៃកម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងក្រុមបចេ្ចកទេសខាងគូរប្លង់ និងវាស់ ស្ទង់ខាងផ្លូវរទេះភ្លើងថ្មីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនកាលពីថ្ងៃ ៨-៩ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៨។ ក្នុងការពិភាក្សាខាងកម្ពុជាមាន ស.ម ប្រាង, ប៊ុត និងគុណ ខាងចិនមានអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសខាងផ្លូវដែកថ្មីចំនួន ៦នាក់។
