The contract No.CDC 77, 01 dated on January 27, 1977 was about commercial exchange between Democratic Kampuchea government and People Republic of China government. Khmer company for Foreign Trade of Democratic Kampuchea was the purchaser and China National Import and Export company, Department of Metal was the seller. Both parties had agreed to signed a contract which consisted of 7 articles.
កិច្ចសន្យាលេខ ស៊ីឌីស៊ី ៧៧ ,០១ ចុះថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែ ១-១៩៧៧ ស្ដីពីបញ្ហាប្ដូទំនិញពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណៈរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។ ផ្នែកភាគីទិញ គឺ ក្រុមហ៊ុនខ្មែសំរាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេស នៃកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ចំណែកភាគីលក់ គឺក្រុមហ៊ុនជាតិអាហរ័ណនីហរ័ណ ផ្នែកលោហធាតុ នៃប្រទេសចិន។ ភាគីទាំងពីបានយល់ព្រមចុះហត្ថលេខា លើកិច្ចសន្យា ដែលមានបទដ្ឋាន ៧ មាត្រា។
