Mom Saroeun aka Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that he was a close friend of Sokun. Mony assigned Sokun to spread propaganda against the slogan of the party meant "Great leap forward with the great fall down". Beside that, Sokun persuaded soldiers to be lazy with work and to provoke conflict in unit.
មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល២៩០ បាន និយាយថា ខ្លួនបានរាប់អាន សុគុណ យ៉ាងជិតស្និត ហើយបាន ចាត់តាំង សុគុណ អោយដើរឃោសនាវាយប្រហារពាក្យស្លោក របស់បក្សថា «មហាលោតផ្លោះ មហាអុកក្ដិត»។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ដើរឃោសនាយុទ្ធជនអោយខ្ជិលពលកម្មនិងបំផុសទំនាស់ក្នុងអង្គភាព។
