On January 05, 1978, comrade Rith and Sey discussed with the Chinese side as Ly and translator at the Ministry of Commerce , on Nan Chheng ship transported production and products over 2,500 tons exported from Cambodia, on January 03, 1978. This the note sent to Bang Hem : 01 copy, Bang Vorn : 01 copy, office K-51 : 01 copy and documentary office : 02 copies.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៥-មករា-១៩៧៨ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សមមិត្ដ រិត និង សី ជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយមិត្ដចិន សមមិត្ដ លី និងអ្នកបកប្រែ។ អំពីកប៉ាល់ ណាន ឆេង ដែលដឹកផលិតផល និងអនុផលជាង ២៥០០ តោន ចេញពីកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃទី០៣-មករា-១៩៧៨ នេះ។ កំណត់ហេតុនេះបានផ្ញើជូនបង ហែម ០១ច្បាប់ បង វន ០១ច្បាប់ មន្ទីរ ក-៥១ ចំនួន០១ច្បាប់ និងមន្ទីរឯកសារចំនួន០២ច្បាប់។
