កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៥ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៨ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស.ម រិត, សី និង សួន ជួបជាមួយមិត្ដកូរ៉េ ស.ម លេខាទី៣ និងស.ម ទីប្រឹក្សា ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីកប៉ាល់ដឹកទំនិញមកពីកូរ៉េ និងអំពី គម្រោងសម្ភារសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩។
