Comrade Ly, Chheng met with comrade Chinese such as comrade Ly, Chai on January 01, 1978 at China Embassy. During the meeting between Cambodia and China on that day had not discussed the medicine that Cambodian had purchased. 800 tractors and 10 rock breaking machines had been prepared to carry by Yichhang ship which would arrive on January 12,13.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១ មករា ១៩៧៨ សមមិត្ដ លី, ឆេង បានជួប ពិភាក្សាជាមួយមិត្ដចិន សមមិត្ដ លី, ចៃ នៅស្ថានទូតចិន។ ការជួបពិភាក្សារវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន ថ្ងៃនេះមិនបានលើកពីបញ្ហាថ្នាំពេទ្យ ដែលកម្ពុជាស្នើទិញ ដូចជាត្រាក់ទ័រភ្ជួរដីចំនួន ៨០០ គ្រឿង និងម៉ាស៊ីនបំបែកថ្មធុនតូចចំនួន ១០ គ្រឿង បានរៀប ចំដាក់កប៉ាល់ យីឆាង មកដល់នៅថ្ងៃ ១២-១៣ ខែមករានេះ។
