Mom Saroeun aka Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that he was a closely friend with Samoeun. Mony prompted Samoeun to be single-minded person and to disgust the revolutionary regime. Samoeun spread propaganda against the slogan of the Angkar meant that "Great Leap forward with the Great fall down". Beside that, Samoeun persuaded soldiers to be lazy with work and to provoke conflict in unit.
មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល២៩០ បាន និយាយថា ខ្លួនបានរាប់អាន សាមឿន យ៉ាងជិតស្និត។ ខ្លួនបាន បណ្ដុះគំនិតរបស់ សាមឿន អោយចង្អៀតចង្អល់ និងស្អប់របប បដិវត្ដ។ សា មឿន ដើរឃោសនាប្រឆាំងនឹងពាក្យស្លោក របស់បក្សថា «មហាលោតផ្លោះ មហាអុកក្ដិត្ដ»។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ដើរឃោសនាអោយយុទ្ធជនខ្ជិលធើ្វពលកម្ម និងបំផុសទំនាស់ ក្នុងអង្គភាព។
