Mom Saroeun aka Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that he indoctrinated Chhay to disgust the revolutionary regime and prompted Chhay to be single-minded person with the life in the collectively. Chhay spread propaganda against the slogans of the party meant that "Great leap forward with Great fall down". Beside that, Chhay persuaded soldiers to work lazily.
មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល២៩០ បាន និយាយថា ខ្លួនបានអប់រំ ឆាយ អោយស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ បណ្ដុះគំនិត អោយចង្អៀតចង្អល់ក្នុងការរស់នៅជាមួយសមូហភាព។ ឆាយ បាន ដើរឃោសនាវាយប្រហារពាក្យស្លោករបស់បក្សថា «មហាលោតផ្លោះ មហារអុកក្ដិត»។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ឆាយ ដើរឃោសនាអោយយុទ្ធជនខ្ជិល ធើ្វពលកម្ម។
