Mom Saroeun aka Mony, deputy chief of company, division 290, confessed that Ep was a propagandist who took responsible for denouncing the party through out the indoctrination of him [Mony]. The activities of Ep were that to spread propaganda the ideology of Leninism, LOTO, MONGDOLIN and ASPIRIN. Beside that, Ep persuaded people to be lazy like him. During the meeting at battalion, Ep always convinced soldiers to claim for adding foodstuffs and cloths.
មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី អនុអនុសេនាធំ កងពល២៩០ បាន និយាយថា អេប ជាប់ឈ្មោះជាអ្នកដើរឃោសនារវាយប្រហារ បក្សតាមការអប់រំរបស់ខ្លួន។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ អេប កន្លងមកគឺ ឃោសនាពិទ្រឹស្ដីម៉ាក្សលេនីន, ជាលូតូ, ជាមុងតូលីន, ជាអាស្ពីរីន។ ក្រៅពិនេះ អោប ខ្ជិលធើ្វពលកម្ម ហើយបានដើរឃោសនាអោយ គេឯងខ្ជិលដូចខ្លួនដែរ។ ពេលប្រជុំក្នុងវសេនាតូច អេប ជាអ្នកបំផុស អោយយុទ្ធជនបះបោរទាមទារអោយអង្គការថែមរបប និងថែម សំលៀកបំពាក់។
