The report was made to commercial committee on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the embassy of China on 20 April 1978. During the meeting, Kampuchea made request to comrade Chinese on the annual paid accounting list of commerce and naval training, the sending in of diesel-consumed mechanics, and 100 tons of wheat and lead. At the time, China raised 9 points for discussion.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនចំពោះគណៈកម្មាធិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស្ដីពីការជួប មិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ២០-៤-១៩៧៨ នៅស្ថានទូតចិន។ ការជួបគ្នានេះ កម្ពុជាបានស្នើដល់មិត្ដចិនផ្ដល់គំរោងបញ្ជីអំពីគណនីទូទាត់ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ស្ដីពីអាជីវកម្មនិងការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនាវិក ការបញ្ជូនអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេស ម៉ាស៊ីនម៉ាស៊ូតមកកម្ពុជា និងបញ្ជូនស្រូវសាឡី ១០០តោន សំណ មកកម្ពុជា។ ចំណែកចិនក៍បានលើកបញ្ហា៩ចំនុចមកពិភាក្សានៅពេល នោះដែរ។
