The report to brother on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the embassy of China at 10: 30 am on 27 March 1978. During the meeting, China asked the ministry of commerce to take all goods off the "An Yy" ship by 27 March to get the ship to transport rubber at Song Khla and Pe Nang port. List of chemical element informed by China to be used at Ta Khmau tire factory.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបងស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ២៧-៣-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង១០ៈ៣០នាទីព្រឹក នៅស្ថានទូតចិន។ ការជួបគ្នានេះចិនបាន ស្នើមកខាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសំណូមពរឱ្យជួយដាក់ទំនិញពីកប៉ាល់«អានយីឱ្យអស់នៅថ្ងៃ ២៧ ខែ៣ នេះ ដើម្បីយកកប៉ាល់ទៅដឹក កៅស៊ូនៅផែសុងខ្លានិងប៉េណង។ បញ្ជីរាយមុខធាតុគីមីដែលជា សេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងរបស់ចិនអំពីគីមីសំរាប់រោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ។
