The report to brother Hem on the meeting with comrade Korean at the Ministry of Commerce on August 11, 1978. During the meeting Korean informed that the ships would reach Kampong Som. Do we have rubber for Korean? There were five more points involved in the protocol on the practice of commercial agreement and repayment of wood prices, cutting flat steel machines. It was also about port tax and fare spent on other things. Could you please be a ware that we had solved the problem completely.
