Report to brother Hem on the courtesy with comrade Chinese which was held at Ministry of Commerce on 24-03-1978. Korea apologized Cambodia for failing to take the rubber to which Cambodia sold. Korea stated that it was busy taking plastic clothes to use in the country because of drought.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដកូរ៉េនៅថ្ងៃ ២៨-៣-១៩៧៨ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ កូរ៉េបានសុំទោសកម្ពុជា ព្រោះខ្លួនមិនបានមកដឹកកៅស៊ូដែលកម្ពុជាលក់ឱ្យ ដោយជាប់ដឹក ក្រណាត់ផ្លាស់ស្ទិចមកប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងប្រទេស ព្រោះជួបភាពរាំងស្ងួត។
