The report to brother Hem on the meeting with comrade Korean at the Ministry of Commerce on August 23, 1978 at 3 p.m. Korean gave iol payment of Meing Sin ship. [We]wanted to know what to do with steel cutting machines, sweet smell things, lathes. Korean could not give [us]the lathes in 1978, so please you be a ware of this.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដកូរ៉េនៅថ្ងៃ ២៣-៨-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៣រសៀល នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ កូរ៉េបានស្នើ ជូនលិខិតសងថ្លៃបេ្រងរបស់កប៉ាល់មៀងស៊ីន។ ចំពោះម៉ាស៊ីនកាត់ ថែប គ្រឿងដែលមានក្លិនក្រអូប ម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹងជាដើម តើយើងគិត យ៉ាងម៉េច សំរេចយ៉ាងម៉េច។ ចំណែកម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹងខាងកូរ៉េគ្មាន លទ្ធភាពផ្ដល់ជូនយើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨នេះទេ សូមបងជ្រាបជាពត័មាន។
