The report sent to brother Hem on the meeting with comrade Korean at the Ministry of Commerce on December 01, 1978 at 09 a.m. During the meeting Korean gave [us]contract on steel. Korean also asked us to reply back whether or not we wanted to buy lathes, and tractors. Korean wanted to check the contract and we asked to meet next time. Could you please be a ware of this.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដកូរ៉េនៅថ្ងៃ ១-១២-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៩ព្រឹកនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ការជួបគ្នានេះ កូរ៉េបានប្រគល់កិច្ចសន្យាទិញដែកស្រួយដល់យើង។ កូរ៉េបានស្នើឱ្យយើងឆ្លើយតបវិញថាតើយើងទិញម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹង, ត្រាក់ទ័រដែរឬ ក៏អត់។ កូរ៉េចង់ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់កិច្ចសន្យា យើងបានស្នើចាំជួបលើក ក្រោយទៀត។ សូមបងជ្រាប។
