The report was made to brother Hem on the courtesy with comrade Chinese at the ministry of commerce at 3 p.m. on 15 April 1978. During the meeting, China mentioned the training process of Kmapuchean naval forces and the sending in of diesel-consumed mechanics in the future.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនបង ហែម ស្ដីពីការជួបមិត្ដចិននៅថ្ងៃ ១៥-៤-១៩៧៨ ម៉ោង៣រសៀល នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ការជួបគ្នានេះ ចិនបាននិយាយពីការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនាវិកកម្ពុជា និងការរៀបចំ អ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសម៉ាស៊ីនម៉ាស៊ូតមកកម្ពុជានាពេលខាងមុខនេះ។
