Moal Phourik aka Phoeun, Chief of Group of Office S-8, entered the CIA in 1960 through Nguon Eng's indoctrination and attended the meeting twice. The agenda was to examine people getting in or out the city, persuade the people to hate the Khmer Rouge, expand forces and speed up activities. In 1971, two people were introduced into membership serving as agents. After the liberation, Phoeun held a meeting and made continual plans. The content was to destroy the revolution, spread campaign toward the confident erosion on the revolution, and provoke conflict within the revolution. In the confession, there was a list of traitors, under Koeun, implicated in the confession of Phoeun.
មល់ ភូរិក ហៅ ភឿន មេក្រុមនៅមន្ទី ស-៨ បានចូល សេអ៊ីអា ១៩៦០ តាមការណែនាំរបស់ងួនអេង និងបានចូលប្រជុំពីដង ខ្លឹមសារអោយពិនិត្យមនុស្សចេញចូលក្រុង បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់ ខ្មែរក្រហម ពង្រីកកំលាំង និងបង្កើនសកម្មភាព ។ ១៩៧១ បញ្ចូល ភ្នាក់ងារបាន ២នាក់ ។ ក្រោយរំដោះភឿនបានប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ខ្លឹមសារគឺបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដន៍ ឃោសនាមិនឱ្យមាន ជំនឿលើបដិវត្ដន៍ បង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដន៍។ ក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាព នេះដែរ មានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះបក្សពួកក្បត់របស់ កឿនមួយចំនួន ដែលបានជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយរបស់ ភឿន ។
