Comrade Khut Ly, soldier of Messenger Cell of Office S-21, had below activities. Khuot Ly was a child of farmer of Krasaing Village, Champei Sub-district, District 56, Takeo Province. Ly studied at Wat Koh School, Tik Vil Sub-district for 4 years. Ly discontinued his studies and, instead, helped his parents make money. Ly studied at a revolutionary school in literature section near his house. On 12th December 1973, Ly joined the revolution through Hauy, [chief of Tik Vil Sub-district], and came to Office of Tik Vil Sub-district, District 20, Region 25. Ly was a soldier and then chief of Group. In 1974, Angkar assigned Ly to Office of Farm, Office 21, Region 25. Between April 1975 and December 1975, Angkar was assigned to study at Division 12 technical school for a month. After that, Ly worked as a chief of Squad, Battalion 138. Ly studied at political and technical school of Division 703 for 5 months. On 15 May 1976, Angkar assigned Ly to Office S-21 where he served as a messenger [soldier].
មិត្ដឃុត លី យុទ្ធជនកងនីរសានៃមន្ទីរស-២១ មានប្រវត្ដិ សកម្មភាពដូចខាងក្រោម។ ឃូត លី ជាកូនកសិករនៅភូមិក្រសាំង ឃុំចំប៉ី ស្រុក ៥៦ ខេត្ដតាកែវ បានរៀននៅសាលាវត្ដក្បាលកោះ ឃុំទឹកវិល រយៈពេល៤ឆ្នាំក៍ឈប់រៀនមកជួយរកស៊ី«ពុកម្ដាយ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧២ លី ចូលរៀននៅសាលាបដិវត្ដផ្នែកអក្សរសាស្រ ្ដនៅជិតផ្ទះ។ ថ្ងៃ១២-១២-១៩៧៣ ចូលបដិវត្ដតាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ហូយ «គណៈឃុំទឹកវិល» ហើយមកនៅមន្ទីរឃុំទឹកវិល ស្រុក២០ តំបន់ ២៥ មាននាទីជាយុទ្ធជនរហូតដល់ប្រធានក្រុម។ ១៩៧៤ អង្គការចាត់តាំងលីឱ្យមកនៅមន្ទីរកសិដ្ឋានរបស់មន្ទីរ ២១ តំបន់ ២៥។ ចន្លោះខែ៤-១៩៧៥ ដល់ ខែ១២-១៩៧៥ អង្គការ ចាត់តាំងឱ្យមករៀនបចេ្ចកទេសកងពល ១២ រយៈពេល១ខែ។ បន្ទាប់មកនៅកងវរសេនាតូច ១៣៨ មាននាទីប្រធានពួក។ ក្រោយមករៀននយោបាយនិងបចេ្ចកទេសនៅកងពល ៧០៣ រយៈពេល៥ខែ។ នៅថ្ងៃ១៥-៥-១៩៧៦ អង្គការចាត់តាំងលីឱ្យមកនៅមន្ទីរស-២១ កងនីរសានាទីជាយុទ្ធជន រហូតមកដល់ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។
