Comrade Khan had some bad standpoints on political point of view and the management. Khan did not intensively interrogate the enemy and was very slow in managing document. Khan did not deeply lead youths and catch up the situation. Sometime Khan had impolite talk to the public. Khan was not more in charge of the assignment to manage document. Khan's fighting enemy was still slow referring to the party's slogan.
មិត្ដ ខន មានគុណវិបត្ដិមួយចំនួនចំពោះនយោបាយ សតិអារម្មណ៍ និងការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សដូចជាៈ សួរខ្មាំងមិនទាន់ដេញដោលអោយ ជ្រៅ ធ្វើឯកសារនៅមានការយឺតយ៉ាវ មិនទាន់សភាពការណ៍ ការដឹកនាំមហាជនមិនទាន់ស៊ីជំរៅ ពេលខ្លះមានពាក្យសំដីមិនសម រម្យដាក់មហាជន នៅមានសតិអរម្មកម្មសិទ្ទិ។ ចំពោះការចាត់តាំង គឺធ្វើឯកសារមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់នៅឡើយ ជំហរវាយសំរុកក៏ មិនទាន់ទៅតាមទិសស្លោករបស់បក្សនៅឡើយ។
