Chea Mony confessed about the scattering of tract involved with Ruos Puon deputy of commander of division, Sophan commander of division and some other partisans. The place for tract scattering was at Fine Arts school and Independent Monument.
ឈ្មោះ ជា មុនី បានឆ្លើយពីខ្សែបាចត្រាក់ដែលមានឈ្មោះ រស់ ភួន អនុបញ្ជាការកងពល សុផាន បញ្ជាការកងពល និងបក្ខពួកមួយចំនួន ទៀត។ ការកំណត់បាចត្រាក់គឺ បាចនៅសាលារចនាទៅ វិមានឯករាជ្យ។
