Min Sin, 26, was born in Prey Veng district, Prey Veng province. Sin was a chief of company 51. Sin joined the revolution at company 11 in Eastern Zone in 1970. Sin then was transferred to battalion 111 in 1972. In 1973, Sorn indoctrinated Sin to serve for the Free Khmer movement and infiltrate into the line for the purpose of destroying the revolution. After that, in 1975, Sin was assigned by Sorn to air forces unit 502 to prepare for toppling Phnom Penh in July 1976.
មិន ស៊ីន អាយុ ២៦ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅស្រុកព្រៃវែង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង តួនាទីជាប្រធានយោធាអនុសេនាធំ ៥១។ ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅអង្គភាព អនុសេនាធំ ១១ ក្នុងភូមិភាគបូព៌ានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ហើយបានផ្លាស់ ទៅវរសេនាតូច ១១១ វិញនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ។ ១៩៧៣ ស៊ន បាន អប់រំ ស៊ីុន ឱ្យចូលបំរើសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរីបង្កប់ក្នុងជួរធ្វើសកម្មភាព បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ។ បន្ទាប់កមឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ស៊ីុន ត្រូវបាន ស៊ន ចាត់តាំងទៅបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅកងទ័ពអាកាស ៥០២ ជាមួយគ្នាដើម្បី ធ្វើសកម្មភាពវាយសង្គ្រប់ភ្នំពេញខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
