KTI0103, Notes: According to the interviewed with Tub Thai, who was a deputy of sub-district No. 1 of Kampong Rotes and with Mr Huy Cheng, 63 years old who was a deputy of sub-district No. 2. They told us that they did not know about Tauch Phoeun and Thay Sauvantha as well. Uncle Thai told us that most of villagers who lived in the village in 1975 have moved to other villages. His wife told that they should not come back to live in thier own village because there were many people know his biorgraphy. That was the reason why he and his wife were still a live in Pol Pot Regime. Uncle Tub Thai also reminded that the cadre establish a heavy propaganda that all the Ex-government officials should worked at the former places. The propanda of cadre made most of officials believe that they could return to work at their former working place. The Khmer Rouge cadre gathered all of the government officials to one place called Kdei Sen. 15 days later all of those government officials were sent to kill aroung Po Kambao village Srayauv sub-district. There was no interview.
ខេធីអាយ០១០៣ កំណត់សំគាល់ៈ បើតាមការសន្ទនាជាមួយ លោក តុប ថៃ អនុប្រធានឃុំទី១នៃកំពង់រទេះ និង លោក ហ៊ុយ ឆេង អាយុ ៦៣ ឆ្នាំ អនុប្រធានឃុំទី ២បានអោយដឹងថា ឈ្មោះ តូច ភឿន និង ថាយ សូវានថា ទេ។ លោកពូ ថៃ បា ននិយាយទៀតថាប្រជាជនដែលធ្លាប់រស់នៅក្នុងភូមិនេះក្នុង ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ត្រូវបានផ្លាស់ទៅនៅភូមិផេ្សងៗទៀត។ ប្រពន្ធ របស់គាត់បាននិយាយប្រាប់គាត់ថាកុំអោយទៅរស់នៅ ភូមិ របស់គាត់វិញអី ពីព្រោះមានមនុស្សជាច្រើនបានដឹងពីប្រវត្តិ របស់គាត់។ ហេតុដូចេ្នះហើយបានជាគាត់ និងប្រពន្ធរប់ស គាត់ បានរស់រានមានជីវិតនៅក្នុងរបបខែ្មរក្រហមនេះ។ លោក ពូ តុប ថៃ បានរំលឹកឡើងថាពួកកម្មាភិបាលបានបើកយុទ្ធនាការ ឃោសនា យ៉ាងខ្លាំងថាអតីតមន្រ្តីរាជការទាំងអស់គួរតែនៅធ្វ្វើ ការនៅកនែ្លងមុន។ ការឃោសនារបស់កម្មភិបាលត្រូវបានអតីត មន្រ្តីរាជការមានការ ជឿជាក់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងថាពួកគាត់បានត្រឡប់ទៅ ធ្វើការកនែ្ល្លងដើមវិញ។ កម្មាភិបាលខែ្មរក្រហមបានប្រមូលអ្នក ទាំងនោះដាក់មួយកនែ្លងហៅថា ក្តីសែន។ ១៥ថៃ្ងក្រោយមកអ្នក ទាំងនោះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅសម្លាប់នៅជុំវិញ ភូមិពោធិ៍អំបោះ ក្នុងឃុំស្រយ៉ូវ។ ពុំមានកិច្ចសម្ភាសទេ។
