Min Kan, 21, lived in Prek Be village, Koh Thom sub-district, district 18, region 15. In 1968, Kan discontinued his studies and instead made money in support of his parent. In 1970, Kan abused a Cham woman sexually at Prek Be and joined the revolution in 1971 serving as a messenger in Svay Tamekh. A year later, Kan served as a militiaman of Koh Thom sub-district, district 18, and of battalion 119, regional unit. Yin Yorn induced Kan to flee to his home by taking gun with him. In February 1974, Hy Heng prompted Kan to pour rice out and to escape to his home. In 1975, Kan joined the revolution once in unit 142. After that, Kan received the indoctrination of Sam-On, chief of group, and Top Ly by saying that the revolution brought about hardship, thus finding way of getting back to home. Kan prompted Sen Sry and Boret to go back home but the two did not abide by Kan. On August 18, 1975, Min Kan was captured by Angkar in unit 43. The document wrote to ask for "release".
មិន កាន អាយុ ២១ ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិព្រែកបិ ឃុំកោះធំ ស្រុក ១៨ តំបន់ ១៥។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ កាន ឈប់រៀនជួយរកស៊ីម៉ែ«។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ កាន បានចាប់រំលោភនារីចាមនៅព្រែកបិ ហើយបានចូល បដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ជានីរសាភូមិស្វាយតាមេឃ។ មួយឆ្នាំក្រោយ មកធ្វើឈ្លបឃុំកោះធំ ស្រុក១៨ និងនៅកងតំបន់ វរសេនាតូច ១១៩។ ឈ្មោះ យឹម យន បានចលនាកាន ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះដោយយក កាំភ្លើងមកជាមួយ។ ខែ២-១៩៧៤ ហ៊ី ហេង បានចាត់តាំងកាន ឱ្យចាក់បាយចោលនិងបានបំផុសឱ្យកានរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ កាន ចូលបដិវត្ដម្ដងទៀតនៅកង ១៤២។ ក្រោយមកកាន បានទទួលការ អប់រំពីសំអុន ប្រធានក្រុមនិងពី តុប លី ថាបដិវត្ដលំបាកណាស់ ហើយរកវិធីរត់ទៅផ្ទះវិញ។ កាន បានចលនាយុទ្ធជន សេនស្រ៊ិ និង បូវ៉េត ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ប៉ុន្ដែទាំងពីរនាក់នេះមិនតាម។ នៅថ្ងៃ១៨-៨-១៩៧៥ មិន កាន ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនមក៤៣។ ឯកសារនេះមានចំណារដាក់ថាស្នើដោះលែង។
