Confession of Chhou Bun Leat talked about the scatter of tract on National Road No 1, Independent Monument, comer of pet chin, and near Pochintong street at night on June 16, 1979. This tract came from comrade Phuong, cadre of Division 170. The participants were comrade Hot, Sros, Eng cadre Division 312 and Bun Leat himself.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឈូ ប៊ុនលាត និយាយអំពីការទាក់ទងការបាចត្រាក់ នៅផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១ វិមានឯករាជ កាច់ជ្រុងពេទ្យចិន និងនៅជិត ផ្លូវបត់ទៅពោធិចិនតុងដែលបានបាចនៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី ១៦-មិថុនា-១៩៧៦។ ត្រាក់នេះបានមកពីស.ម.ភួង កម្មាភិបាលកងពល ១៧០ អ្នកដែលចូលរួមបាចមាន ស.ម.ហត់ ស្រស អេង កម្មាធិបាលកង ៣១២ និង ប៊ុនលាត ផ្ទាល់។
