Mei, cadre of technical school of state commerce, confessed that Kaing Thy aka Soeun was a traitorous network of him since long time ago. After the liberation day on April 17, 1975, Mei met Soeun at ministry of state commerce. Mei and Kaing Thy aka Soeun were happy in carrying plan to destroy Kampuchea Communist Party in the future.
មី កម្មភិបាលសាលាបចេ្ចកទេសពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បាននិយាយថា កាំង ធី ហៅ សឿនជាខ្សែចាស់របស់ខ្លួនយូរមកហើយ។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ មី បានជួប សឿន នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ។ មី និង កាំង ធី ហៅ សឿន មានការសប្បាយចិត្ដ នឹងបានអនុវត្ដ ផែនការបំផ្លាញបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជាទៅអនាគត។
