Meas Chhit and Chhan aka Chhem confessed that they met Hean, chief of Mesang district, at 1975 in the meeting place. Between 1977 and 1978, Hean brought 80 sacks of rice and a lot of chickens to give Nam Toek, Vietnamese soldiers, at national road number 1.
មាស ឈិត និង សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានសារភាពថា បានជួប ហ៊ាន លេខាស្រុកមេសាង នៅពេលប្រជុំ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧-១៩៧៨ ហ៊ានបានយកអង្ករ ៨០ បាវ និង មាន់ ជាច្រើនក្បាលទៅឱ្យវៀតណាម នៅផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១ ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ណាំ តឹក។
