Meas Chhit confessed that on the meeting stated by Sarin, chief of Koh Chey district, on discussion of the attacking of Vietnamese soldiers to Cambodia in December 1977, he met him. So Chhan aka Chhem confessed that Sarin attended the meeting at Kampong Trabek district, region 26, on finding way to take over the power from the Communist Party of Kampuchea.
មាស ឈិត បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានជួបជាមួយសាវិន លេខាស្រុក កោះជៃ ពេលចូលរួមប្រជុំ សាវិន បានលើកពីផែនការវៀតណាម វ៉ៃចូលកម្ពុជា នៅខែ ១២-១៩៧៧។ ចំណែក សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម ថា សាវិន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំនៅស្រុកកំពង់ត្របែកតំបន់ ២៦។ តាម ស្មារតីអង្គប្រជុំ បានលើកផែនការដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជា។
