Meas Chhit confessed that in June 1975, he went to meet Pang aka Pin, chief of Koh Sotin district, to link his network again. Then, he connect himself with Saroeun and Loch to discuss on hiding rice along the border easily to transport to Vietnam.
មាស ឈិត បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានជួបប៉ាង ហៅ ពិន លេខា ស្រុកកោះសូទិន នៅខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដើម្បីបន្ដជាខ្សែរយៈ បន្ទាប់ មកបានទាក់ទងជាមួយ សារឿន និង ឡុច ពិភាក្សា អំពីផែនការយក ស្រូវទៅទុកនៅតាមព្រំដែន ងាយផ្ដល់ឱ្យយួន។ ឈ្មោះ ហេង រសាយ ហៅ ម៉ក់ បានឆ្លើយថា ពិន ជាខ្សែរបស់ សូ ដែលខ្លួនបាន កសាងក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មក។
