Meas Chhit confessed that Kim, chief division 5, eastern zone, attended 2-rounds meeting in 1977. The purpose of the meeting was that when the Vietnamese soldiers invaded Cambodia, they would assign the networks to carry out the traitorous activities. In 1978, Kim attended more 2-rounds meeting so as to continuously carry out anti-revolutionary activity.
មាស ឈិត បានសារភាពថា គីម ប្រធានកងពល ៥ របស់ភូមិភាគបូព៌ា បានចូលរួមប្រជុំពីលើកក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ខ្លឹមសារ គឺអោយកម្លាំងក្បត់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងពេលយួន វាយចូលកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨ គីមបានចូលរួមប្រជុំពីរលើកទៀត ទិសដៅប្រជុំ បាន អោយបន្ដធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
