Meas Chhit confessed that he met Keo San, chief of O Reang Ov district at economic office of Svay Rieng provincial town, while he was transporting rice to Vietnam. Keo San strengthened former forces and additionally built up new forces. In 1976, Keo San attended the meeting with 3 Vietnamese. Phoeng Son aka Say confessed that in July 1977, So introduced Keo San to make contact with the traitorous network and managed the plan to carry out while Sok aka Keo San was joining the meeting with So at So's house. As for So Chhan aka Chhem, he confessed that on July 6, 1975, So said about the successfully victory of the revolution while he was talking at the meeting in his home with Sok.
មាស ឈិត បានសារភាពថា បានជួប កែវ សាន លេខាស្រុក អូររាំង« នៅមន្ទីរសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រុងស្វាយរៀង ក្នុងការដឹកអង្ករទៅឱ្យ យួន។ កែវ សាន បានពង្រឹងកម្លាំងចាស់ និង កសាងកម្លាំងថ្មី បន្ថែមទៀត ហើយនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ កែវ សាន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំ ជាមួយយួន ៣ នាក់។ ផឹង សុន ហៅ សយ បាន សារភាពថា នៅខែ ៧ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ សុក ហៅ កែវ សាន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ នៅផ្ទះរបស់ សូ ហើយ សូ បានឧទេ្ទសនាមឱ្យស្គាល់ខ្សែរយៈ និង ដាក់ផែនការសំរាប់អនុវត្ដ។ ចំណែក សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បាន សារភាពថានៅថ្ងៃទី ៦ ខែ ៧ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ សុក បាន ចូលរួម ប្រជុំនៅផ្ទះ សូ ពេលនោះ សូ បានលើកពីសភាពការបដិវត្ដវាយ ឈ្នះហើយ។
