Meas Chhit confessed that Sa Pha, chief of regiment, region 24, joined the meeting with Sarin, Sarim and him to discuss how to bring 25 sacks of rice and 3 cows to give Vietnamese soldiers while they came to fight Cambodian in December 1977. As for So Chhan aka Chhem, he confessed that he introduced Pha to make contact with other 4 forces in order to prepare forces to stage coup in April 1977.
មាស ឈិត បានឆ្លើយថា សាផា គណៈវរសេនាធំ តំបន់២៤ បាន ចូលប្រជុំជាមួយខ្លួន«ផា», សាវិន និង សារឹម អំពីសភាពការណ៍ យួនវ៉ៃចូលក្នុងដីកម្ពុជាខែ ១២-១៩៧៧ ហើយបានរួមគ្នាយកអង្ករ ២៥ បាវ និងគោរ ៣ក្បាលអោយទៅយួន។ ចំណែក សូ ឆន ហៅ ឆែម បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានឧទេ្ទសនាមអោយផាស្គាល់កម្លាំង ៤នាក់ ទៀតដើម្បីទាក់ទងគ្នារៀបចំកម្លាំង ត្រៀមធ្វើរដ្ឋប្រហាខែ ៤-១៩៧៧។
