Meas Bun Than aka My confessed that in 1972, Nguon attended the meeting and received the plot from Hou Yun and Khuon at Wat Samrong, Kampong Thom province, to promote cadre's position, to convince more local cadres to betray the revolution, to provoke turmoil such as building up thieves and to build up more traitorous cadres in military line. Nguon waited for medicines, equipments and foodstuffs in order to prepare while the plot appeared.
មាស ប៊ុនថន ហៅ មី បានសារភាពថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ងួន បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីបង ហ៊ូ យន់ និង បង ឃួន នៅវត្ដ សំរោង កំពង់ធំ។ ផែនការដែល ងួន និង បក្សពួកទទួលគឺ បំពាក់បុណ្យសក្ដិអោយកម្មាភិបាល បង្កប់កម្មាភិបាលអោយ ក្បត់តាមភូមិ-ឃុំ អោយច្រើន។ បង្កអោយមានចោរកម្មដើរវាយ ឈ្លបតាមមន្ទីរ និងចាត់តាំងកម្មាភិបាលក្បត់ក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពអោយបាន ច្រើន។ ងួន ចាំទទួលថ្នាំពេទ្យ សម្ភារៈ ស្បៀងលាក់ទុកត្រៀម ពេលមានផែនការ។
