The report said that Yoeun and Sao Kea were closest friends and appointed as cadres of battalion. According to additional report, Yoeun was responsible to conduct the activities against the party in 1977.
មានសេចកី្ដរាយការណ៍ថា យឿន និង សៅ គា មានការជិតស្និត និងគ្នាណាស់ ហើយអ្នកទាំងពីរបានទទួលដំណែងជាកម្មាភិបាល វរសេនាតូចជាមួយគ្នា។ តាមសេចកី្ដរាយការណ៍បន្ថែម យឿន លេចមុខចេញមុខដឹកនាំចលនាប្រឆាំងបក្សនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧។
