Makk Than aka Chhean, deputy chief of battalion 451, division 450, confessed that Sakun, chief of Rorka Kaong sub-district, was asked from eastern zone and then appointed as messenger by Ing Meas, secretary of Peam Chikang district. Sakun's detail activities were not informed.
