Tuy Kin, a female comrade, is an ex-cadre who worked in the Tuol Sleng Prison (S-21) Museum during the Pol Pot era. She is one of the torturers from the third floor of the building, more particularly from the electric shock section, where she would shock prisoners using electricity until they confessed and even died.
